Ordering Information
Our bakery offers convenient delivery and pickup options for your orders. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery and pickup methods:
Pickup and Delivery: Our pickup and delivery hours are as follows:
- Mondays and Tuesdays: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Fridays: 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
If you prefer to pick up your order outside of these designated times, please contact our bakery by phone during our operating hours. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Delivery Timing: When selecting the delivery option at checkout, please expect your order to be delivered within the next 3-5 business days.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been picked up from our bakery and is en route for delivery, you will receive a notification by phone through DoorDash. This notification will provide updates on your order's status and estimated arrival time.

Payment Information
We strive to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time, however, in the unlikely event of an emergency on our end, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that the majority of our baked goods contain gluten, and some may contain nuts. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, we kindly ask that you contact us directly to check which baked goods contain gluten or nuts.
Storage and Serving Instructions
To maintain the freshness and quality of our baked goods, we recommend refrigerating them as soon as you receive them. For optimal taste, we recommend consuming them within 2-3 days after pickup.
Custom Orders
We offer lettering and pictures on most of our baked goods for special occasions. To discuss the specifics of your custom order, please contact us by email or phone and we'll be happy to assist you.
